YOU'RE DOING THE HEALTH THING WRONG!
According to this 80-year study done by the Ivy League university, the key to longevity is having CLOSE relationships and people in your life that you can trust.
This study even showed that relationship strength & satisfaction at age 50 was a better predictor of physical health at age 80 than cholesterol levels!
What does this tell us?

okay so, *disclaimer*:
I'm not advocating to just throw basic health 101 out the window. BUT!- the point is, studies are beginning to reveal that diet & exercise aren't the only things that contribute to a long life.
I had actually been wondering how my grandparents are still in such "good health" in their 80's. Totally with it, drinking & eating whatever they want... overweight...
BUT THEY'RE SO HAPPY!
They love their children & grandchildren, they have good friends to play bridge with... and apparently, that's the secret!
Cheers to my plump relatives sticking around... gotta love em! ️️
